The TL-3100V Safety Bed Alarm Monitor can be used with corded bed and chair sensor pads or corded floor mats   

  Attach a bed or chair sensor pad or a floor mat to this bed alarm, and you will receive an alert if your patient is trying to get out of their bed or chair, or if they place their feet on the floor mat (excellent for use by a bed or at a doorway)  

 The alarm alerts when the magnetic pull-string is pulled free of the monitor or when pressure is removed from weight-sensing pad.  Monitor automatically resets when the magnetic pull cord is replaced or when pressure is re-applied to the connected sensor pad. 

Alarm comes with one year manufacturers warranty.
